3D Print Wood Texturizer

This is an experimental little tool to apply volumetric wood textures to 3D printed objects. You can learn more about how it works in my post Tool to apply wood textures to 3d prints.

⚠️ Warning

G-Code should come from prusa slicer 2.4 with a small amount of fuzzy skin (0.05 mm) applied.

The quality of the output of the STL processing depends a lot on the input mesh. Non watertight meshes, T-Junctions and elongated triangles will lead to artifacts.

Even well formed watertight STL files might show a small amount of self overlap after being processed.

This is an experiment by Jonas Wagner. If you enjoyd it you might like my other experiments & apps as well. You can find them on my website.
